4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be rejected and returned to your Account Balance.
4.4 Processing Times. Deposits made via local bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes of confirmed receipt. Withdrawal requests for fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours. 98spin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking institutions or e-wallet providers.
4.5 Own Funds Requirement. All funds deposited into your 98spin Account must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits made using payment accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
4.6 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals of real-money funds are permitted once your Account has completed KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been satisfied. 98spin reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 98spin are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 15x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount. For example, a deposit of Rp 1.000.000 matched with a Rp 1.000.000 bonus requires Rp 30.000.000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
5.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. 5.4 Maximum Bet Restriction. While a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain unsatisfied, the m aximum single bet permitted is Rp 200.000 or 10% of the bonus value, whichever is lower. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
5.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically. Once claimed, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days; failure to do so will result in the automatic removal of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
5.6 Abuse Prevention. 98spin monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-variance betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and coordinated group play. Accounts found to be abusing promotions will have their bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.
5.7 One Bonus at a Time. Only one bonus promotion may be active on a User's Account at any given time. A second bonus cannot be activated until the first has either been fully wagered or forfeited.
6.1 Game Integrity. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (net of applicable bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 business days.
